F.A.Q.

  1. What is your return policy ? All sales are final. For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please email our customer service department at contact@gladwemet.co. Please include your order number, customer name, and an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds, only store credit.              
  2. When will I receive my order ? We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking confirmation and email (or SMS message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.        
  3. When will my pick-up order be ready ? We will process your order within 3 to 4 hours from when the order was placed. When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email notification. All orders are verified with a valid government ID and the card used for the order. *This applies for customers located in the Atlanta Metro Area*
